YP&TEAM is a team of young finance professionals who find pleasure in helping people grow and bringing their ideas to life. The group aims to assist founders and CEOs in achieving their business objectives. The seeds of this enterprise were sown in 2018, in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg, when Yotam Perets first began collaborating with small-business executives. His goal was to alleviate them from all administrative activities, allowing them to focus on managing their operations.
Given the crucial role of finance in business and the growing demand for good financial conduct and literacy among executives, it has been decided to specialise in this area. As the demand for such expertise grew, so did the scale of the operations. This expansion led to the formation of what is now known as YP&TEAM.
Today, YP&TEAM offers their partners personalised finance management services, which range from preparatory bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis, to budgeting and consulting. The evolution from a solo venture to a thriving team is a testament to their dedication and commitment to supporting businesses with their financial needs.
Our partners
We aim to help those who seek to achieve their business objectives. More specifically, we help business owners and CEOs of companies, who reside in Europe and originate from foreign countries, and search for someone who is geographically close, who understands the local regulations, and who is financially literate and able to translate financial data into useful information. This group of entrepreneurs often seeks safety and certainty through financial structure and feedback. Their businesses may operate in various industries and range between different forms, from incorporated companies to busy freelancers, which are eager to grow and ready to accept advice. The character of our partners give the space to open, direct and friendly communication, and they are available and happy to receive feedback.
Our current partners consist of marketing agencies, fashion designers, restaurants and NGOs, in Berlin, Vienna and Athens, whose owners and CEOs share the same needs. They require help determining financial objectives, simplified financial information as well as actionable suggestions, and an available and attentive representative who provides ongoing control and can be immediately available to resolve financial issues and address concerns. They expect deep involvement in their overall business and operations, and demand a high degree of accuracy, loyalty and confidentiality. All of the work procedures and overall communication is to be provided either in English or in their native language.
