As a Bookkeeping Assistant you will be controlling the means of external communication, and by navigating information and assigning tasks to different team members, you will be ensuring the smooth running of the operation. You will also facilitate the company’s internal communication as you manage task, knowledge and communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Processing of incoming e-mail
- Reconciliation of monthly transactions
- Issuance of invoices and tracking payment
- Payment of payable invoices
- Assistance in the payroll process
- Cash journaling
- Data entryMust-Have skills
- English, fluent
- German, written and spoken (B1+)
- Eloquent writing style
- Familiarity with MS Office programs and Google Workspace
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Enrolled in finance / business related studiesNice-to-Have skills
